Frequently Asked Questions
How many items do I need to send?
You can find the minimum required items on the product page when choosing your keepsake. If you have more that you want included, please feel free to send them too. I do my best to make sure each piece is carefully placed to look it's best.
Will my leftover clothes be returned?
Yes! Unless you specifically ask me to dispose of the leftovers, I will always return leftover pieces and unused clothing to you.
How do I get my clothes to you?
Once you've decided on your keepsake and made your purchase, you will receive details on where to send your clothes. Package them securely so that they don't get damaged or wet during shipping. Then all you need to do is post them to me and I'll take care of the rest!
How long will it take?
My current turnaround once I have received your items is 2-3 weeks. If this changes at all I will contact you immediately to let you know and we will work together to make sure you get your keepsake on time.
What can I send?
I work with most fabrics! I've made keepsakes from thin, fragile fabrics such as t-shirts, to thick, difficult fabrics such as winter jumpers. If there's anything you're particularly concerned about, just message me beforehand and we can work together to make sure you can get your perfect keepsake!
What condition should my clothes be in?
Most of the clothes I work with are worn or have small holes. This is completely normal and won't affect your keepsake. If you have something which is considerably damaged, get in touch and we will work together to make sure you can still preserve those precious memories.
Can I order from outside of the UK?
Yes, absolutely! I am happy to offer shipping further afield. Lot's of countries will have extra charges, though, so please do get in touch with me beforehand so we can figure out the best option for you.
